      There is private off road parking with one reserved space immediately adjacent to the back door and other spaces available.

      Accessibility:

      There are 4 steps down from the reserved parking spot to the rear door. The rear door has a small threshold. Click here to look.

      Kitchen/dining room (6 seat dining table) which is open to (enjoy estuary views while cooking):

      Living room with large bay window giving magnificent views over the Kent estuary towards the Lake District national park.

      Twin Bedroom (larger), Double bedroom (smaller).

      Shower room with large shower (1150mm x 730mm), basin, toilet.

      Full electric heating (including the latest intelligent storage heaters from Dimplex installed June 2015).

      Free WiFi.

      Kitchen: Dishwasher, Washing machine,microwave,toaster,iron+ironing board,Kettle,Cafetiere, refrigerator with 1 star ice box.

      Living Room: TV, DVD, video, catchup(youview) .

      Double Bedroom (smaller 3m x 2.5m approx.): Alarm clock

      Twin bedroom (larger 4m x 3m approx.) : TV, brand new metal framed beds and mattresses.

      Non-smoking, No pets.

      All bed linen, tea towels and one bath towel per person will be provided.

      Outside:

      Off road private car parking.

      Patio and seating area with seats.

      Access to shared tumble drier (temporarily unavailable due to Covid).
