All windows on the side elevation and the back door have been replaced as scheduled.
Note: the threshold on the rear door is a little higher, mind your step.

2026

2026 bookings are now open but in a limited fashion.

We are currently planning a major refurbishment of the front bays starting April 6th 2026.
Details are still to be finalised but this work will affect flat 4 significantly and
consequently we cannot take bookings for this period.
Until there is certainty we will not be opening bookings for April (from 6th) and May.
For June and July we are prepared to take provisional bookings with no deposit required at this stage.
Bookings from August onwards are as normal.
As soon as more information is available we will post it here.
